1. Use of Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your region, or have parental or guardian consent.

You may not use the site for illegal or harmful activity or upload/transmit malicious code or software.

2. Products & Services

Our website and store offer digital Webflow templates, physical products fulfilled by Printful, and ongoing maintenance subscriptions for Webflow websites.

We reserve the right to change product pricing, availability, or content at any time, refuse or cancel any order or subscription for any reason, and limit quantities at our discretion.

All purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

3. Maintenance Plans & Subscriptions

By subscribing to a monthly maintenance plan, you agree that subscriptions are billed automatically each month via Stripe.

You may cancel anytime before the next billing date. Turnaround time depends on your selected plan.

For unlimited plans, only one active task is worked on at a time.

All task scopes must fall within Webflow design, development, or CMS updates.

No refunds will be issued once a billing cycle has started.

4. Account & Billing

You agree to provide accurate and current billing/contact information and maintain the security of your account (if applicable).

We may cancel any order or subscription that appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

5. Privacy

We use Google Analytics to track site behavior, Printful for print-on-demand product fulfillment, and Stripe for secure payment processing.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Our website may include embedded third-party tools (for example Stripe, Webflow, and YouTube) and links to external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Use at your own risk.

7. Returns & Refunds

All digital products (including templates and app access) are final sale.

Printful product returns follow Printful's return policy.

Maintenance subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

8. Webflow App Use

By using the Theme Switcher Webflow App, you agree that the app is provided as-is with no uptime or compatibility guarantees.

It may change or be discontinued at any time, does not collect personal data, and you are responsible for correct implementation.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site, app, or services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
