Commission-Based - Webflow / WordPress / Drupal

Overview

I am looking for a proactive, self-driven Lead Setter and Sales Closer who can own the full sales cycle, from outbound outreach to closed deals.

Your goal is to connect with small business owners, agencies, and startups across the USA and Canada who need scalable CMS websites, primarily built in Webflow, with WordPress and Drupal support.

This is a commission-only role with strong earning potential for someone confident in outreach, qualification, and closing.

What You Will Do

• Generate and qualify leads via cold email, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
• Use Apollo.io for prospecting and lead enrichment.
• Run cold email campaigns and tracking with Instantly.ai.
• Manage LinkedIn connections, follow-ups, and conversations.
• Book and run discovery and intro calls.
• Present proposals, handle objections, and close deals.
• Clearly communicate the value of fast, scalable CMS websites.
• Refine messaging and outreach strategy over time.

Compensation (Commission Only)

• Lead Generation only: 10% on closed deals you source.
• Lead + Closing: 15-20% per closed deal, depending on deal size.
• Average project size: $1.5K-$10K+.
• High-ticket opportunities: $6K-$15K+.
• No cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you earn.
• Commissions paid within 15 days after client payment clears.
• Typical earnings per deal range from $1K-$2.5K+.

Scope of Work

• Collect 30-100 qualified leads weekly.
• Send 100-200 outreach emails per week (about 20-50/day).
• Secure 10-20 interested replies weekly.
• Own and improve outreach strategy end to end.
• Work independently with clear expectations and accountability.

Crystal The Developer Inc. builds and maintains modern CMS websites, from new builds and redesigns to eCommerce and ongoing maintenance.

• Platforms: Webflow, WordPress, Drupal.
• Project budgets: $1.5K-$10K+.
• Ongoing plans: $300-$1K/month.
• Focus: clean builds, performance, scalability, and fast turnaround.
