Overview

I’m looking for a proactive Lead Setter experienced with outreach tools like Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, and LinkedIn.
Your goal: connect with small business owners, agency partners, and startups across the USA and Canada who need scalable CMS websites, primarily built in Webflow (plus WordPress & Drupal support).

Compensation (Commission Only)

• Lead Generation only: 10% on closed deals you source
• Lead + Closing: 15–20% on closed deals (depending on deal size — higher-value deals earn higher rates)
• Average project size: $1.5K–$10K+
• Commissions are paid within 15 days after client payment clears

Scope of Work

• Collect 30–100 qualified leads weekly
• Send 100–200 emails weekly (≈20–50 per day)
• Use Apollo.io for prospecting and lead enrichment
• Use Instantly.ai for cold email campaigns and tracking
• Use LinkedIn for direct connection and follow-ups
• Secure 10–20 interested replies weekly
• Develop and execute outreach strategy
• Refine messaging for target audience

Crystal The Developer Inc. builds and maintains Webflow websites — from new builds and redesigns to eCommerce and ongoing maintenance.
Budgets range from $1.5K–$10K+, with ongoing plans from $300–$1K/month.
